4. Jedzte jedlá s vysokým obsahom vlákniny
Jednou z výborných možností ako schudnúť po pôrode je vláknina.
Výskumy totiž ukazujú, žej edenie jedál s vysokým obsahom vlákniny pomáha pri chudnutí (24,25,26).
Napríklad jedna štúdia, ktorej sa zúčastnilo 1 114 dospelých ľudí ukázala, že každých 10 gramov rozpustnej vlákniny, ktoré človek za deň zje, je výbornou voľbou ako schudnúť z brucha (27).
Rozpustná vláknina dokáže spomaliť trávenie a zníži úroveň hormónu hladu ghrélinu, čo vám umožní cítiť sa sýty po dlhšiu dobu (28,29).
Tento efekt vlákniny na trávenie pomáha znížiť celkový denný príjem kalórií, čo ako ukazujú mnohé štúdie, prospieva chudnutiu (26,30).
Rozpustná vláknina pomáha s chudnutím a to tým, že jej konzumáciou dochádza k zvýšeniu pocitu sýtosti a k regulácii hormónov chuti do jedla, čo vedie k pozitívnemu efektu chudnutia.
5. Jedzte zdravé bielkoviny
Bielkoviny sú najlepšou živinou pre chudnutie. A tento fakt platí rovnako tak aj pre chudnutie po pôrode.
Pridaním bielkovín do vašej stravy môžete zrýchliť metabolizmus, znížiť chuť do jedla a rovnako tak znížiť aj kalorický príjem (31).
Štúdie ukazujú, že bielkoviny majú najväčší termický efekt zo všetkých ostatných živín.
Termický efekt znamená stav, kedy naše telo spáli určité množstvo energie z potravín už pri ich trávení v našom tráviacom systéme.
A tento termický efekt je najvyšší práve u bielkovín (32,33).
V jednoduchosti to znamená, že vaše telo spáli viac kalórií pri trávení jedla z bielkovín ako pri trávení jedla zo sacharidov alebo tukov.
Bielkoviny sú taktiež schopné potlačiť chuť do jedla a to tým, že zvýšia úroveň hormónov sýstosti ako sú GLP-1, PYY a CCK a rovnako znižujú úroveň hormónu hladu ghrélinu (34,35,36).
Jedná štúdia napríklad ukázala, že ľudia, ktorí denne prijímajú 30% bielkovín z celkového množstva kalórií, tak zjedia denne o 441 kalórií menej, ako ľudia ktorí denne zjedia menšie množstvo bielkovín (36).
Vidíte, že chudnutie jedením naozaj funguje.
Je iba potrebné vedieť, čo máte jesť.
V prípade, že si nie ste úplne istá, čo zahŕňa zdravé zdroje bielkoviín tak sú to všetky druhy mäsa, vajcia, ryby, strukoviny, orechy, semienka či mliečne produkty.
Zapamätajte si, že bielkoviny podporujú chudnutie zrýchlením metabolizmu, zvýšením pocitu sýtosti a znížením chute do jedla.
6. Pite dostatok vody
Voda je pre naše zdravie a fungovanie naozaj nevyhnutná.
Vedela ste, ale že je veľmi dobrou voľbou pre chudnutie po pôrode?
V skutočnosti je pitie vody životne dôležité pre každého kto chce schudnúť (37).
Vedci totiž zistili, že vypitie 1 litra vody a viac počas dňa pomohlo schudnúť ženám s nadváhou 2 kg navyše v priebehu 12 mesiacov (38).
Na prvý pohľad sa to môže zdať veľmi málo, ale dokonalosť sa skrýva v maličkostiach.
Preto, keď aplikujete do vášho životného štýlu niekoľko takýchto maličkostí, nakoniec získate jeden veľký úžasný výsledok.
Ďalší výskum totiž ukázal, že vypitie 1/2 vody vám pomôže v nasledujúcej hodine po vypití spáliť o 24-30% viac kalórií (39,40).
Tu je tak krásne vidieť, že pitím vody nielen spálite viac kalórií, ale taktiež znížiť vašu chuť do jedla príjem kalórií (41,42).
Pre dojčiace ženy je pitie vody obzvlášť dôležité a to tým, že správna hydratácia organizmu slúži pre nahradenie stratených tekutín počas produkcie mlieka (43,44).
Preto vypitie najmenej 1-2 litrov vody denne je veľmi dobrý cieľ, ktorý vám pomôže schudnúť po pôrode a udržať vás hydratované.
U dojčiacich matiek a žien, ktoré sa po pôrode venujú cvičeniu bude potrebný príjem tekutín ešte vo vyššom množstve.
Pitie vody zrýchli metabolizmus a pomôže vám s chudnutím po pôrode. Toto je obzvlášť veľmi dôležité preto, aby ste zostala hydratovaná počas dojčenia vášho dieťaťa. Cieľom by malo byť najmenej vypitie 1-2 litrov vody denne.
Čo by ste si mali z tohto článku odniesť?
Je dôležité si uvedomiť, že zvýšená hmotnosť po pôrode je veľmi časté.
Avšak nie je nemožné túto hmotnosť v období po pôrode schudnúť a vrátiť sa späť k svojej zdravej váhe.
Zdravé hodnoty vašej hmotnosti sú totiž veľkou výhodou pre vaše zdravie a pre vaše prípadné ďalšie otehotnenie v budúcnosti.
Byť zdravá je veľká výhoda, ktorá vám dovolí užiť si čas s vašim dieťaťom a vyťažiť maximum z pocitu, že ste novou mamou.
Najlepšie a najefektívnejšia možnosti ako schúdnuť po pôrode je zdravá strava, dojčenie a pitie dostatku vody.
